Temah Higgins has been booking and marketing shows across North America for over twenty years. Before co-founding BOND, an independent tour booking and marketing company, Temah was the Executive Vice President at Broadway Booking Office, and prior to that served as the Vice President for Booking and Engagement Management at AWA Touring Services. She started her career at the Kennedy Center, where she was the Programming Manager for all dance, festivals, jazz and performance art. Temah is a proud member of ATPAM and the Broadway League Board of Governors as well as the grateful recipient of the Broadway League’s 2015 George MacPhearson Award.
Mollie’s 25-year career began in her home state of Tennessee, where she assisted with press & marketing for the Broadway series at The Orpheum Theater in Memphis, followed by two years at the Tennessee Performing Arts Center, where she coordinated the efforts of both the Development and Education Departments. In 2000, she moved to New York City, where she began working at The Booking Group as the Equity tour assistant. Over 17 years, Mollie honed her skills as a booking agent of both full week and splits/single night tours, eventually becoming the Executive Vice President. In 2018, Mollie joined BOND Theatrical as a Partner alongside industry veterans Temah Higgins and DJ Martin. Mollie has worked on many tours over the last two decades, including the national tours of Beauty and the Beast, Rent, Mamma Mia, Annie, Cabaret, Fiddler on the Roof, Million Dollar Quartet, Jesus Christ Superstar, White Christmas, Blue Man Group, Cinderella, Motown, The Wizard of Oz and many more.
DJ is a founding partner of BOND Theatrical and has been serving in the industry for 20 years. Past highlights include The Addams Family, American Idiot, Anastasia, Blithe Spirit, The Book of Mormon, The Bridges of Madison County, CATS, A Chorus Line, CrazySexyCool – The TLC Musical, Dear Evan Hansen, Diana, Dreamgirls, The Gershwins’ Porgy and Bess, Hell’s Kitchen, MJ, Moulin Rouge! The Musical, The Phantom of the Opera, Shucked, Tommy and Water for Elephants. Prior to starting BOND, he served as Vice President at Type A Marketing where he provided marketing direction for Broadway shows & national tours. DJ began his career at Keith Sherman & Associates working on such projects as Forbidden Broadway, "Broadway on Broadway" and The New York Times after moving to NYC for an internship with The Marketing Division (TMG). Originally from Indiana, DJ went to school at Millikin University and is a proud member of ATPAM, as well as The Broadway League.
Marc has more than 20 years of experience in presenting, producing and promotional organizations on the road. A founding member of BOND since opening the company in 2016, Marc oversees all marketing clients on tour and in NYC. In previous roles with The Nederlander Organization, Broadway Across America and Running Subway Productions, Marc managed the subscription campaigns and marketed the local engagements of hundreds of touring Broadway shows, concerts and commercial museum exhibitions in Atlanta, Baltimore, Boston, Jacksonville, New York City, St. Louis, Tucson, Washington, D.C. and across the country. Marc learned the business in various marketing, artist relations and front-of-house roles at UApresents on the campus of his alma mater, The University of Arizona, and during an unforgettable summer season at Wolf Trap National Park for the Performing Arts in Vienna, VA. Marc is a proud member of ATPAM and loves collaborating with his colleagues on various Broadway League and industry initiatives.
Wendy joins BOND after 15 years in various capacities for the Nashville Repertory Theatre and the Tennessee Performing Arts Center, where she most recently served as the Programming Contract Administrator. Prior to her time in Nashville, Wendy worked for NETworks Presentations, first as an Assistant Producer working on shows including Annie, The Civil War, Rodgers & Hammerstein’s Cinderella starring Eartha Kitt, Jekyll & Hyde, Show Boat, and Victor/Victoria, then as a Company Manager for the touring productions of The Civil War starring Larry Gatlin and NETworks’ first touring production of Rent. Wendy began her career as a Sales Associate at The Booking Group. Wendy received a Bachelors of Science in Business Management from Virginia Tech, during which time she completed an internship at Wolf Trap National Park for the Performing Arts.
For over 20 years, Jenny has provided the press and marketing direction for Broadway national tours on both local and national levels. She has worked with the Nederlander Organization, AWA Touring Services and most recently served as the Senior Vice President, Marketing and Press for Broadway Booking Office NYC until joining the BOND team. Career highlights include: Les Misérables, The Phantom of the Opera (both the Brilliant Original and Spectacular New tours), Miss Saigon, Jersey Boys, Fun Home, To Kill a Mockingbird, The Last Ship starring Sting, The Light in The Piazza, Matthew Bourne’s Edward Scissorhands, The Sound of Music and many more. Jenny served as the marketing consultant for the Transcendence Theatre Company in Sonoma County for the past two seasons and marketed the first new virtual musical of 2020, A Killer Party, to venues across the country. She holds a BA with Honors in Telecommunications and Film from San Diego State University and is a proud member of ATPAM. Jenny has also spent many years as a multi-hyphenate artist in the musical theater genre and just released her debut rock EP, “Unpacked Cases,” as the lead singer of Beckerton.
Melissa began her theatrical marketing and publicity career more than 10 years ago at Type A Marketing where she worked on touring productions such as American Idiot, Nice Work If You Can Get It, Million Dollar Quartet and Dirty Dancing – The Classic Story on Stage. From 2015 to 2020, Melissa worked as a Broadway publicist at Boneau/Bryan-Brown where her clients included An American In Paris, SpongeBob SquarePants, Moulin Rouge! The Musical, King Kong, Jersey Boys, Manhattan Theatre Club and many more. Just prior to joining Bond Theatrical, Melissa served as Communications Manager at Hadassah, The Women’s Zionist Organization of America. Melissa received her B.S. in Media, Culture and Communication from New York University and is a proud ATPAM member.
Prior to joining BOND, Steph served as the Tour Management Coordinator for Disney Theatrical Group, where she worked on the North American tours of The Lion King, Aladdin and Frozen and was a founding member of the DTG Young Professionals group. In previous roles, Steph has worked with The Glimmerglass Festival, Playhouse Square, FOX and The Food Network. Steph is a proud graduate of Baldwin Wallace University, where she earned a BA in Arts Management & Entrepreneurship.
With a passion for live entertainment, Deborah has been at the forefront of marketing some of the world’s most beloved brands, including Disney On Ice, Disney Live!, Ringling Bros. and Barnum & Bailey Circus, Cirque du Soleil, and Daniel Tiger’s Neighborhood Live!, as well as live tours featuring iconic personalities such as Theresa Caputo, John Cleese, Colin Mochrie, and Brad Sherwood. With over 20 years of experience, she has developed and executed strategic campaigns that drive ticket sales, build brand awareness, and connect audiences with unforgettable live experiences.
Having worked on nearly every side of the business—on behalf of venues, producers, and promoters—Deborah brings a well-rounded perspective to her marketing approach. Most recently, as Director of Marketing at Mills Entertainment, she led the organization’s marketing strategy and promotion, crafting dynamic campaigns that brought a diverse slate of productions to life in markets nationwide.
Before Mills, Deborah directed marketing efforts in both the Southeast and Northeast regions for Feld Entertainment’s iconic live productions, overseeing media strategy, partnerships, and market-specific initiatives that engaged audiences across the country.
Deborah’s expertise, enthusiasm, and deep understanding of the live event landscape make her a driving force in bringing world-class entertainment to audiences everywhere.
Linda Stewart has an extensive background in public relations, marketing, advertising, promotions, event coordination and management and grassroots/niche outreach marketing. A cum-laude graduate of Xavier University of Louisiana she has risen to become the undeniable go to marketing and PR Executive for all things in the worlds of Urban Theatre, Broadway and beyond.
For the last two decades, Stewart has been at the forefront of her industry, multiplying the success and exposure of her Broadway and touring show clients. Her current million dollar plus story is one of Broadway’s biggest musical hits of the current touring theatre season - Tony Award Winner Ain’t Too Proud: The Life and Times of the Temptations. In addition to overseeing urban press, marketing and outreach for the Broadway hit, she also serves as Associate Producer. Stewart is presently spearheading the marketing of signature events for two of Broadway’s long running, blockbuster musicals – The Lion King and Aladdin. Being able to marry shows with the masterminds behind them, she also currently oversees publicity for Tony nominated writer Dominique Morisseau, most recently during her triumphant return to Broadway with the hit plays Skeleton Crew and the off-Broadway hit Confederates.
Prior to her current projects, she has been at the forefront of grassroots press and marketing for some of Broadway's most beloved and critically acclaimed shows and tours including Motown the Musical, Oprah Winfrey presents The Color Purple (Both Runs), FELA!, Dreamgirls, The Gershwins' Porgy & Bess, and After Midnight, just to name a few. You can usually find her at the helm of facilitating and moving touring shows to sold out engagements in numerous markets across the country.
Stewart’s magic touch doesn’t stop at Broadway alone. She has also played an integral part in the PR and marketing efforts of some of the urban theatre industry’s most successful theatrical stage plays, including Tyler Perry's Madea's Big Happy Family, Tyler Perry's The Have and The Have Nots, David E. Talbert's What My Husband Doesn't Know with Morris Chestnut and Destiny's Child Michelle Williams, David E. Talbert’s The Fabric of A Man starring award-winning actor, Shemar Moore, as well as David E. Talbert’s most recent hit film, Netflix’s Jingle Jangle.
Being able to masterfully marry all her talents, she has spearheaded, alongside critically acclaimed playwright-Je’Caryous Johnson, sold out engagements from coast to coast for the hit plays, Married But Single, which starred actress LisaRaye McCoy and its sequel Married But Single Too. While operating in her triple threat role as promoter, publicist and producer, also in association with Johnson, she transformed the stage versions of the hit movies Two Can Play The Game (TCPTG) with Vivica A. Foxx, Set It Off (SIO) with legendary rap star DaBrat and Redemption of A Dogg, starring iconic rapper Snoop Dogg, loosely based on the rapper’s life, into sold out engagements and much talked about touring shows.
Mary K. Witte is thrilled to be a part of the team at BOND! She started her career 34 years ago first as a temp at Theatre Development Fund and then as personal assistant to Marvin A. Krauss. Since then she worked as a Company Manager on Broadway and on tour (Amadeus, Avenue Q, Fiddler on the Roof starring Theodore Bikel) and as a General Manager for numerous touring productions (Disney’s Beauty and the Beast, The Bridges of Madison County, Once). Most recently she was the Senior Director, Booking & Engagements at NETworks Presentations where she supervised the booking & engagement strategy for numerous National Tours including Les Misérables, To Kill A Mockingbird, Beetlejuice and Miss Saigon. She lives on Maryland’s Eastern Shore with her dogs and on the weekends can be found puttering around her kitchen baking pies for her myriad family members.
Madison (Maddie) joined BOND in 2019 after spending a season as the finance apprentice at Roundabout Theatre Company, supporting their Broadway rental productions at Studio 54 and the Stephen Sondheim Theatre. Prior to Bond, she was also fortunate to work in various capacities for organizations such as Ars Nova, Broadway in Boston, the Contemporary American Theater Festival, and Boston Ballet. She holds a Bachelors of Fine Arts in Stage and Production Management from Emerson College.
Jesse began his career in 2012 at Hennepin Arts and the Orpheum, State and Pantages Theatres in Minneapolis, MN. For more than a decade, Jesse worked in various capacities including contracts, booking, donor relations, marketing concerts and touring Broadway shows, graphic design and more, before joining BOND as a Contract Manager in 2024. Jesse graduated from UW-Stevens Point with a Bachelor’s degree in Arts Management and Communications.
Alexandra is thrilled to join the team at BOND and further her love for storytelling, strategy, and building lasting client relationships. Born and raised in Los Angeles, she discovered her love for theatre through the many national tours that would stop in the city, sparking a lifelong passion for live theatre. Before stepping into her current role at BOND, she spent three years on the Broadway In Hollywood Marketing Team in LA, where she helped bring many different productions to life through innovative campaigns and dynamic partnerships. Alexandra applies that same creative energy and attention to detail to each project, with a focus on aligning strategic vision with effective execution. She’s looking forward to partnering with so many different venues to bring the magic and joy of live theatre to audiences across the country!
Tony brings more than 15 years of experience in marketing, advertising, and audience engagement to BOND Theatrical. His career spans leadership roles in the Broadway, live entertainment, and events industries, where he has developed innovative campaigns that drive ticket sales, build audiences, and amplify brand visibility. Tony’s theater industry experience includes his time at Broadway Dallas, where he led marketing and advertising efforts for a wide range of touring Broadway productions. In this role, Tony crafted dynamic campaigns that connected with local audiences and delivered strong ticket sales. His expertise extended to digital advertising, media planning, and community engagement initiatives. In the events industry, Tony has held key roles at both Tag Digital and Emerald. At Tag Digital, he served as Growth Manager, focusing on sales and new business development for digital advertising campaigns. At Emerald, Tony led strategic marketing initiatives across diverse verticals, leveraging cutting-edge digital strategies to optimize campaigns and drive audience growth. Tony holds a Bachelor of Science in Sport & Entertainment Management from the University of South Carolina and is passionate about crafting impactful campaigns that drive results and connect with audiences.
Originally from the PNW, Laura joined BOND in 2022 after being introduced to the world of booking as IMG Artists Booking Assistant. Her theatrical journey began on stage where she eventually found her love for the behind the scenes work. Before BOND, she had the privilege of working for Spoleto Festival USA and Opera America. She holds a BFA in Musical Theatre with a Minor in Business from The University of Utah and a Master of Arts in Performing Arts Administration from New York University.
Elisabeth is excited to be joining BOND and collaborate with her colleagues as she begins her career in the entertainment industry. Previously, Elisabeth gained experience with Broadway touring through her internship with Broadway Across America Florida. She holds a Bachelor of Arts in Theatre and a Bachelor of Science in Telecommunications - Management & Strategy from the University of Florida. She can’t wait to help bring the joy of live theatre across the country!
Hailing from Southern Wisconsin, Kolten's journey started onstage but has always centered around bringing art across the country and inspiring the next generation of theatre makers. He attended Wagner College and trained towards his BA in Theatre Performance. Prior to joining BOND, Kolten worked on multiple national tours and is excited to have his hand in touring from a different perspective. Kolten has enjoyed leading fundraising efforts with Broadway Cares/Equity Fights AIDS and working with The Broadway League on the Jimmy Awards. He looks forward to continuing to fight for inclusion and helping shape this industry to reflect the world we live in.
Nilesha Alexander is a native of White Plains, NY. Her dancer background of 16 years opened her up to a love for the arts and theater. She is coming from 321 Theatrical Management as the General Management/Finance/New Shows Intern. Nilesha has had the opportunity to work on shows like Wicked/MunchkinLand, Kimberly Akimbo, Strange Loop and Top Dog. She is excited to join the team and continue her career in the world of Broadway and touring.
Caroline has spent her life around the performing arts, both on and off the stage. Prior to joining BOND, Caroline was a marketing coordinator with The Roberts Group, based in Indiana, where she helped spread the joy of Broadway and variety shows to markets across the country. She also worked as an intern with Discovering Broadway, where she assisted in the incubation and education of new works based out of New York. Caroline holds a bachelor's degree in Creative Entertainment Industries with a minor in Theatre & Drama Performance from Belmont University, where she truly shaped her appreciation for the arts and the thrill that only live theatre can offer. She is honored to continue to have the opportunity to help bring Broadway to audiences of all backgrounds!
Originally from South Florida, Bridget discovered her love of theatre performing in musicals and attending touring Broadway shows! Bridget began her career in the Box Office at the Kravis Center in West Palm Beach before moving to marketing as the Social Media and PR Coordinator. She has also worked as a Social Media Consultant, helping artists and theatre organizations raise brand awareness by developing their online presence. Bridget looks forward to sharing her passion for Broadway and engaging the next generation of theatregoers through her work in the industry.
Ayanna Jernigan is a graduate of Adelphi University. In 2023, she earned a BA in Communications and Gender Studies. She completed her French minor by studying abroad in Paris, France. Ayanna interned for the Max Rose for Congress Campaign where she recruited volunteers for various campaign events. She also completed communications training at Arena Academy, an organization that trains future political campaign staff. Most recently, Ayanna was an intern at Boneau/ Bryan-Brown where she supported press agents during a busy Broadway season. She is excited to join Bond Theatrical and do her part to spread the love of theatre around the country!
Harrison Mootoo joins BOND Theatrical with more than 12 years of experience in customer relations and administration. Harrison’s experience at People First and WellsQuest helped him build strong client relationships and optimize operational processes. Harrison’s passion for the arts is fueled by his performance background, and he has appeared in a range of shows from Starlight Express to James Baldwins Blues for Mister Charlie. Harrison also spent time at the Straz Center as an outreach instructor while performing in many of their productions. Born and raised in Tampa, Harrison’s favorite motto is “Turning challenges into opportunities, one satisfied client at a time!”
Scotland Newton is a Pennsylvania native who comes to BOND from a performance background. Having performed regionally throughout the country, as well as touring internationally, he’s currently an actor at The Metropolitan Opera. Scotland has also served as an acting coach specializing in audition techniques for young actors and concert dancers. With a deep, lifelong passion for theatre Scotland is thrilled to spread the joy of storytelling across the country and explore a new and exciting facet of the entertainment industry through marketing and publicity. Scotland holds a Bachelor’s of Fine Arts degree in Theatre Arts, with a concentration in Acting, from Point Park University.
Katelyn is so excited to join the BOND team as she begins her career in the theatre industry. After growing up in different cities across the U.S., she is thrilled to help spread her love for theatre across the country to audiences of all backgrounds. She recently graduated from Middlebury College with a B.A. in Theatre and Psychology. Prior to joining BOND, Katelyn interned at Dogteam Theatre Project and PTP/NYC based out of Atlantic Stage 2, where she assisted in debuting multiple new works. As a lifelong theatre lover, she’s looking forward to supporting the BOND team with bringing the joy of theatre to audiences across the country!
Phoebe may only be 2 years old, but she has already reached the pinnacle of her career. She wears many hats at BOND including Senior Manager of Food Inspection, Chief Security Officer and her current role of Chief Serotonin Officer. In her current role, Phoebe delivers daily doses of smiles to the members of the BOND team. When she is off the clock, you can find her sniffing around Bryant Park or chewing on her stuffed moose.
