BOND is seeking applications for entry level marketing and publicity assistants on our team. Positions may begin as remote or partially-remote, but candidates will eventually be expected to reside in the New York City area. 

These positions are full-time, non-exempt and report directly to the Senior Vice President of Marketing and account teams.


An Account Assistant is an entry level look into touring Broadway. Account Assistants support colleagues on a variety of marketing and publicity activities for touring Broadway productions across North America. Responsibilities include:

  • Assisting on show campaigns including development of marketing and publicity materials, maintenance of budgets and timelines and day-to-day operational functions within. 
  • Collaborating with account managers and colleagues to implement show marketing and publicity strategy operationally. 
  • Assisting in the maintenance of systems used to track media plans, budgets, revenue projections, press clippings for each show 
  • Compiling data for analysis to inform strategy 
  • Additionally, all team members are asked to assist the office on a variety of projects as assigned. 


Ideally, candidates will possess:  

  • Positive, solution-based communication style and comfortable demeanor with a range of individuals, including co-workers and industry colleagues. 
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, attention to detail, and good judgment 
  • Ability to organize and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment 
  • A commitment to being curious and excited by the opportunity to learn new things 
  • 1-2 years applicable marketing or publicity experience or internships 
  • Fluency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Powerpoint, etc) 
  • Knowledge and proficiency of InDesign and Photoshop (preferred) 


Salary range is commensurate with experience. Benefits are provided in accordance with the Bond Theatrical employee handbook.
